List of members

You must provide a list of who your members were on 30 June every year (as part of your general report which must be lodged between July and December).

You can choose to keep your member list updated in the Register of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations all year round; this can be helpful for people who look to the register for member information.

Note: member names are displayed on the register but not their addresses.

You can provide your list of members online or you can use these forms.

(if you use this template you can upload your current members sheet to ORIC, and we will capture only what is required for your members list on the public register)

(for your list of members as at 30 June)

Changes to your auditor

If your corporation is required to get an audit report, you need to tell ORIC each time you appoint an auditor and when their appointment ends.

Notify us within 14 days of the change.

Notify us online about changes to your auditor or you can use this form.

Charities

If your corporation is a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), you continue to notify ORIC of changes to your corporation’s details. We will share this information with the ACNC.

There are some changes to your charity's details that you can directly notify the ACNC about, but these notifications are not mandatory.

If the change relates solely to the corporation's character as a charity, you must still notify the ACNC (for example, if the change is about charity subtype).
