Minute taking skills
This program will provide you with core skills to record the proceedings of formal and informal meetings through taking minutes in a range of formats across a range of industry sectors.
In this course you will learn about:
- The role of the minute taker
- Minute taking principles and processes
- General secretariat responsibilities
- Effective listening techniques
- Appropriate strategies to organise, disseminate and record minutes
