Outages to ORIC services

Announcement

We are undergoing a major network upgrade and a number of services will be affected.

When

ACT, NSW, Qld, Tas and Vic: 5:00 pm Friday 30 August to 9:00 am Tuesday 3 September

NT and SA: 4:30 pm Friday 30 August to 8:30 am Tuesday 3 September

WA: 3:00 pm Friday 30 August to 7:00 am Tuesday 3 September

Services that will be unavailable

  • ORIC call centre.
  • Our direct phone lines.
  • Our online lodgement portal, online.oric.gov.au.
  • The Register of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations via oric.gov.au.
  • Applications for online training workshops will not receive an automated response. We will follow up with you after 3 September.
  • Emails to info@oric.gov.au and all other @oric.gov.au email addresses will be queued for delivery to us on 3 September. They will not be responded to until after 3 September.

Information that will be temporarily frozen

Updates to the following information resources on oric.gov.au will be frozen from 30 August until further notice:

  • the count of total registered corporations
  • the data visualisation for registered native title bodies corporate
  • the list of corporations with overdue reports.
