Minute taking skills

This workshop will provide you with core skills to record the proceedings of formal and informal meetings through taking minutes in a range of formats.

In this workshop you will learn about:

  • The role of the minute taker
  • Minute taking principles and processes
  • General secretariat responsibilities
  • Effective listening techniques
  • Appropriate strategies to organise, disseminate and record minutes
